Primary Responsibilities;

- Provides first point of contact
- Administration support
- Document and data management system is established and accurately maintained
- Provides professional and proactive support to designated manager
- Achieve the highest HSE standards possible
- Understand the management systems in respect to reception/clerical matters and estimating procedures
- Provide support to the estimating team with cost planning activities and the preparation of tender estimates in an efficient manner
- Ordering and management of travel, mobile phones and clothing is coordinated at state level
- Coordination of state credit cards
Education and Qualifications;

- Higher School Certificate (HSC) and/or equivalent experience in Business or Administration e.g. Certificate 3 Business
- Experience in document management systems
- Competent computer skills
- Prioritisation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management systems and processes Experience in project environment or equivalent industry an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
Public Housing or Social Housing Tenants Only
You must be a candidate that lives in public or social housing (this requirement is not negotiable) as this role is under the Victorian State Governments – Public Tenants Employment Program (PTEP)

Hours;
Fixed term 6 month full time.
Possible extension dependant on available work on the completion of the fixed term
Monday to Friday
38 hrs per week
7.6 hrs per day
Start times 7.00am – 5pm (flexibility with start and finish times)

Wage; Clerks Private Sector Award 2020 – Clerk Level 1 Year 1
