About the Role:
The role is a full-time Business Traineeship opportunity within Wyndham City Council which will allow the successful applicant to gain real world experience while developing your customer service and administration skills.
Duties include:

- Provide reception and customer services to ensure all enquires are directed to the appropriate staff member or agencies
- Perform cashiering duties as required
- Maintain filing requirements and book systems
- Maintain information resources
- Provide a positive personal contribution to the successful operation of Wyndham Youth Services Unit
- Maintain consumables for the Youth Services Unit
About You:

- You will need a valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
- Proof of vaccination or medical exemption will be a requirement of pre-employment checks in line with State Government health directions and Wyndham City Vaccination Policy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of customer service skills
- Proven ability to multitask
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
