Building confidence to achieve your career goals
We provide a supportive environment for women wanting to return to work or study.
This FREE program is offered in-person or online – 1 morning per week over 4 weeks – school friendly hours!
The Women’s Career Pathways Program is a free four-week program that provides a safe and supportive environment for women to:
-
- Identify skills and strengths
- Establish goals and action plans relating to employment and training
- Create strategies for self-care and resilience during periods of transition
- Develop assertiveness, confidence and a sense of personal style and identity.
We encourage women from all walks of life, age, and career journey to join us.
Participants can choose to attend in-person at our Werribee campus in Watton Street (commencing Tuesday 30 May) or join our online group (commencing Wednesday 31 May).
There is no eligibility criteria except for being a woman.
“ After being out of the workforce for six years, this program has given me hope and confidence that I can return to work.”
“Each week I took something away with me to help me in life and my career journey.”
“ I highly recommend it to any woman wanting support to find work or change their career.”
